This is AWESOME! I feel so much better when I follow this plan, but it’s so hard. The easiest thing is changing fats and meats, but the hardest thing is cutting out sugar. I’m so addicted to it!

Not on the Cellular Healing Diet…it is OK on on the basic plan
Not on the Healing Diet…this diet is not for everyone there are 5 factors that determine if the healing diet is right for you….check them out on our home page…I believe even on the basic diet high glycemic fruits should be used in moderation and eaten with fiber ect.
Are natural sugars ok, like watermellon or banannas ?
