Like I am big on the fiber wagon. I eat a very high amounts of fiber and it’s changed my life… more energy, less stomache cramping in the morning, and it’s helped me shed some weight as well.
However, i know if i put some of my buddies on a high fiber diet they would not be as excited as me. Think the best step for someone really struggling with weight is see a nutrionist, find out what foods are effecting your life, eating well will set a good stage for being more active and satisfied
i think our diets are one of the most important factors in how we think, feel, and act on a daily basis, but the solutions are not the same for everyone. Sure eating right and excersizing is crucial, but habits and selection of food is different for different people. I think there is no one solution to the issue b/c people are very different when it comes to what foods they can eat and how the food effects them.
