i recently increased fiber intake by a pretty high number…there’s a decent amount of gas coming out the back door to say the least…anyone know how long my body will take to adjust?

haha…hey, I heard that meat snacks like beef jerky will give you the same pleasure as a hamburger. And theres a whole lot less fat and calories in it (oops just more sodium)
