@abs786 You take the pills and it suppresses your hunger. Meaning you won’t feel as hungry depending on how much you take. Doctors say it can take anywhere from 2,000mg to 4,500mg for it to work, and it may not even work at all. It all depends on your body chemistry, every person is different. Yes you still need to diet and exercise. It just makes it so you don’t end up screwing up on the diet part because you feel really hungry.
I’m gonna try this Hoodia Prime it sounds really good, and I like all the warnings, can’t be too careful…get too skinny? HA! That’ll be the day.
Hoodia works, the problem is that people end up starving themselves because they can’t feel the hunger anymore. So please be careful when taking it, you must eat ! Don’t skip meals!
