start by grilling all meats without BBQ sauces.. use instead. some mrs dash seasonings.. either sautee or boil all veggies and eliminate all starches. such as potatoes. corn ect. only green veggies… collards are great for weight loss..and start an exercise regimen of about 30 minutes per day… maybe split that 30 minutes to 15 minutes before work and 15 minutes after work.. this keeps the body metabolism going…good luck
cardio and eating are the key
rule of thumb:
if you weigh say 150, try to stick to 1500 calories a day of healthy stuff, and try to spread those 1500 over 5 meals, so your constantly fueling your system; basically add a 0 to the end of your weight, that’s your calorie intake per day
Cardio: min 45 mins 4-5 times a week; those 45 mins need to be continuous on one machine.
