@laboricua06 No I don’t know but I am on weight wacthers myself and I know your food intake will depend on how many points you have to eat . The heavier a person is the more points you have to eat . And I eat up to 35 points a day and to me that’s a lot . But WW is one of the best out there I’ve lost 16 lbs so far I plan on sticking with it .

@EarthMotherBirth i did not tell how many points, because you can make it however many points you want it to be depending on the versions of ingredients you use( ex: full fat cheese, lowfat cheese, full fat cream cheese,etc.). so, the points depend on who makes it! =)
why is there no response to how many points? I’m brand new to ww and would love to know. This seems like a great bfast option.
@5w33ti3 i am no chef by all means…lol! i was just being realistic and showing one of the many things i eat for breakfast. my mouth just waters every time i make this meal..it tastes so good to me…..yeah, THAT is what is important to ME when im eating…lol =)!
It may taste great, but the picture at 1:51 just doesn’t look appetizing. This morning for breakfast I made an herb and vegetable frittata and ate 1/4 of it for 3 points, a peach for 1 point, 1/4 cup of 2% cottage cheese for 1 point, and a cup of coffee with a tbsp of half and half for 1 point. Everything looked pretty, and I think that is important when eating!
looks nasty but I’m sure it’s probably lovely! You nearly lost me when you mentioned broccoli. Thanks for this vid & trying to help others with meal ideas. Well done on staying with the program & goodluck on your goal!

Nobody I know is going to eat any broccoli for breakfast..lol
