Ok i want to lose some weight.
And guess what i’m going to do it unhealthy.

i already smoke both so yea just not a lot!
ok and I have diet pills
“hoodia”
And i’m going to stop eating and only drinking water!
And i’m going to exercise like crazy
And i’m going to run/walk 2 miles a day
continuing this for about a month how much should i lose?
When you smoke weed every day you stop getting hungry

Smoking yes….except when I quit I didn’t gain any either. I lost. I don’t really think its the healthiest way but I would recommend eating breakfast
it all depends on your Metabolism and by not eating you will slow your Metabolism down so it means you wont lose the weight as quick.
well i think that from my expirience the weed will make you have munchies, but if it doesnt effect you like that then by all means. but i hear that cigarettes will make you less hungry. you might want to drink more than water because if you are working out like that and dont drink anything else then your blood sugar will be low and with all the crazy working out then you will be weak and probably pass out, try things like orange juice too.

diet pills work in the short term, but not only does it kill your organs, especially liver and kidney, but also research shows that people in the long term gain back even more weight than they had because of bad habits.

bad idea, puts your body into starvation mode, where the hormones (insulin) make your body store fat whenever you eat anything at all. drinkin water is good

not much because frankly unless you have anorexia, noone can stick to a diet like yours

idealy if you stick with a dieting plan and exercise, 10 pounds will come off every month at most (except first 2 months where it should be around 12 pounds)
yea lots of people have this question:
some basics:
1 pound of fat is approximately 3500 callories, meaning for you to lose 10 pounds of fat, there has to be a calorie deficit in you diet and lifestyle of 35,000 calories.
this is done over a long period of time, ideally, you eat 750 calories less than what you use everyday, this way, you lose around 4 pounds a week the first 2 weeks, then around 2 every week after that. for girls under 145lb, this equals around 1200 calories a day.
if you stick to 1200 calories a day for a month with no slipups, the pounds will melt off.
also, those 1200 calories should be in 5-6 small meals a day, with lots of water with each meal.
my favorite saying when i lost weight and now is “it’s all about how much you want it” keep your mind on the goal.
exercise is also very importatnt, because if you achieve weight loss with only dieting, 25% of the bodyweight lost will be muscle mass.
weight training for girls doesnt mean you will get big, just use lighter weights and work out all your muscles, remember, the more muscles you have, the more calories your body burns doing absolutely nothing.

This is absolutely the worst way to lose weight I have ever heard!!! If you fast – only drink water, exercise and run two miles a day you will probably end up in the hospital. It will mess up your electrolytes and cause all sorts of problems including irregular heart beats and even death.
Also smoking pot gives most people the munchies so they eat more and usually eat snack food and sodas. That will pack the pounds on.
Eat lots of veggies, drink lots of water and exercise all you want.

Hoodia is HOOOORIBLE for you and from what I have heard, it doesn’t work too well…
Not eating isn’t good for a couple of reasons. First if your gonna be working out, you body needs energy from something (other than whatever your smoking! lol) Second, when you don’t eat and your stomach stays empty, it starts filling up with this nasty gas/foam stuff (forgot what it’s called) which makes you bloated and feel gross. Third, without food… your blood sugar will go crazy and make you feel like crap… and if you still don’t eat you will black out and it could actually cause some serious damage. So I don’t recommend that.
You need to drink water!!! Believe it or not, that actually helps you lose weight… it cleans everything out.
Be careful with the exercise! Lol… don’t go pulling muscles n stuff!
And I dunno how much you will lose, but I thought I should let you know that doing all of those things could really harm your body… Take it from me I have done it all =[
